Jean Paul Ngabo is a sports program development leader, educator, and basketball player passionate about growing the game and creating opportunities for athletes.

With extensive experience in basketball development, coaching, and program leadership, he brings a strong understanding of strategic player development, team culture, and the wider landscape of the sport. As a player and mentor, Jean Paul developed a strong leadership presence and a holistic perspective on talent development, working with athletes across multiple age groups from grassroots to advanced levels.
