Joseph Situma is a former professional basketball player and captain of the Kenya Morans national team. He led Kenya to its first FIBA AfroBasket appearance in nearly 30 years, playing a key role in the historic 2021 qualification victory over Angola.

 

With a decade of experience representing Kenya internationally and playing professionally across East Africa, Joseph combines on-court expertise with business acumen earned through an MBA in Sports Management from Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid in Spain.

His firsthand knowledge of African sports markets, strong connections with federations and government agencies, and understanding of the global sports business landscape position him to bridge opportunities between international partners and African sports properties.
